Mastering time to market: how to overcome typical hurdles in marketing

Efficient processes are essential for modern marketing departments when it comes to bringing products to market quickly and successfully. However, the process is often slowed down by recurring challenges: faulty communication, scarce resources and inefficient workflows. This is where a Product Information Management (PIM) system comes in - as a central solution that brings order to the processes.

Communication: the basis for efficient work

In many companies there is a confusion of data. Marketing, sales and product development work with different data sets, which leads to misunderstandings and delays. A central database provides a remedy: with a PIM system, everyone involved has access to the same, always up-to-date information. This not only improves the flow of information, but also reduces coordination efforts. Decisions can be made faster and more precisely as everyone has access to reliable data.

Resource bottlenecks: routine tasks eat up time

Marketing teams are often overloaded - especially when time-consuming routine tasks such as maintaining Excel spreadsheets or manually compiling product information dominate everyday life.
